After many years of living and working abroad, I returned to Carinthia — with a vision to create spaces that feel calm, warm and welcoming.
Inspired by my passion for interior design, genuine hospitality and boutique stays, I personally designed and curated each apartment with an eye for detail. The result: spaces that bring together aesthetics, simplicity and a true sense of arrival.
Boutique Apartments Daniela was born from the belief that the places we stay should leave something with us. More than just accommodation — a place where guests truly unwind, feel cared for and instantly at home.
Just a few steps from Lake Faak, the apartments combine natural materials, soft tones and a quiet atmosphere inspired by slow living and intentional travel.

Nestled between the Karawanken mountains and Lake Faak lies a place that takes its time. The apartments are just a few steps from the shore — close enough to smell the lake, quiet enough to really hear it.
The first light over the water in the morning, the mountains wrapped in warm haze at dusk — Velden, Egg am See and Maria Wörth are nearby, but the real destination is right here.
